1) FW issue

3) CSS relay board faulty
Solution
1) Check that the FW (firmware) package is correctly applied which means that the four FW versions of the charger should be of the same level or match correctly. If not please update with the correct FW version.
2) If the issue still remains please check the polarity of the DC input and output on the CCS relay board.
3) If the issue still remains proceed with the replacement of the CHAdeMO-CSU.
4) In the rare case that the issue still remains please proceed with the replacement of the CCS relay board.
