The kit is consisting of following:

3 Screws + Fan plate

1. Turn OFF the charger - switch RCBO1 to position OFF.

2. Check if no vehicle is plugged into any of the charging points and that there is no risk of voltage back feed. 

3. Open the left side doors and lock them in place with the door latch.

4. Open the rear side doors by unscrewing the 4 screws holding the doors in place

5. Install the fan plate on position (in the rear side section) as shown on picture below using the 3 screws from received package

6. Connect the RED wire (positive polarity) from FAN terminal position 5 to position XR5 on terminal block in charger

7. Connect the RED wire (positive polarity) from FAN terminal position 6 to position XR1 on terminal block in charger

8. Connect the BLACK wire (negative polarity) from FAN terminal position 1 to position XR6 on terminal block in charger

9. Install the wires to plastic cable tray

10. Start a charging session to verify that the fans are spinning

11. Close the rear door and install back the 4 screws

12. Close the left side doors

13. Rework is now finished

 

 

---IMPORTANTE NOTE---

Fans must be spinning as soon as any of CCS guns are active
