Solution

This manual applies to UFC200 chargers that has AC Plug

In order to successfully replace the control boards, steps bellow have to be followed:
 

1. Turn off charger with RCBO1 + Pull out the main fuses from the input.

2.  Locate the control boards that needs to be replaced.

3. In order to replace Main and Display board, protection plate with a Fan needs to be removed. Loose 4 nuts and lift up the plate.

4. Start replacement of the control boards for those that were provided by Delta – DO NOT MIX THEMwith original ones from charger.

5. Once the control boards are replaced, reworked cable have to be installed in between Main and Display Board

6. Remove SIM Card and SD card from original Main Board and Display Board and insert it into the newly installed one – do NOT mixed them up in between each other.

7. Install Booster board on the output of DC Control board 1 (Upper DC Control board). Communication cable from DC 1 to DC 2 must be connected to the output of Booster board.

8. Make sure that all replaced control boards have a white sticker.

Please note that the Display Board has 1 RED sticker from rework v3

9. Insert back main fuses into the Input terminal block and turn on charger with RCBO1.

10.  Contact L2 Delta Engineer to generate a new License Key for charger.

IMPORTANT Note
In case that the following communication cable is present in the charger, it must be replaced for the original non-reworked version
