Technical note
1. Remotely ask the customer for the log file.
2. Locally on-site download the log file with a USB stick.
3. The following is a list of parts based on the spare parts list for the 3G modem:
- The module Huawei 609 is the first 3G module manufactured with the DCWB (Old generation 3G modem)
- The module Huawei 709 Is the second module manufactured with the DWCB (New generation 3G modem)
- Both modules are compatible with all FW on DCWB (from V01.30 to V02.05)

4. It is possible to see if the module is a 3G module or not based on the log files:

5. The following is a list of parts based on the spare parts list for the 4G modem:
- If the module PLS83-W is mentioned it means a 4G module is installed (at this moment only model PLS83-W is proposed).
- This module is only compatible with a KIT 4G as mentioned in KA-100003430.

6. It is possible to see remotely if the module is a 4G module or not based on the log files.

7. It is normally possible to identify the module model based on its label.
