This failure could be due to 3 different issues:
Defect:
1) RFID card
2) CHAdeMO-CSU
3) RFID reader
Solution
1) Ask the customer to check the RFID card for damage, a hole made in the RFID card to attach a key for example.
2) Send an RFID reader and a CHAdeMO-CSU board, as the issue could be caused by one of these.
